Frontier Services is a charity and agency of the National Assembly of the Uniting Church. The Frontier Services Board provides governance and oversight on behalf of the Assembly.

The National Office of Frontier Services is based in Sydney. Regional Offices for the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Queensland and South Australia are located in Darwin, Perth and Brisbane respectively and there is an administrative centre in Alice Springs.

National and regional office staff  provide oversight and administrative and pastoral support to staff in the field and visit them as often as possible.
