Welcome to 2012 - the Centenary Year! Join us as we celebrate 100 years at the heart of remote Australia!
This year we will celebrate the establishment of the Australian Inland Mission, the people that have worked to provide these services over the century, and most importantly, the hope, spirit and resilience of the people of remote Australia.
Our history is one that we can all be proud to be a part of, and we invite you all to take part in the various events that are taking place across the year! From the official celebration on 26 September, to a youth event, to a commemorative book, and much more - there is something for everyone!
We believe that 2012 is the opportunity to turn around the perception that remote Australia is the forgotten wilderness and instead celebrate the changing face of remote Australia.
