It ensures that your wishes are carried out and that the values you hold most deeply live on through the work of others – such as Frontier Services - after your death. 

Frontier Services needs millions of dollars each year to continue the work begun by Rev John Flynn last century in health and community services and pastoral support. 

You can leave a specific amount of money, or a percentage of your estate; you can leave property, shares, superannuation, or other items of value. You can also make Frontier Services a “residual beneficiary” which means that after any specific individuals are cared for, Frontier Services receives the remainder of your estate. 

If you wish to include a gift to Frontier Services in your Will, then please use these words: 

“I give and bequeath the sum of, a percentage of, or other such provision…, free of all duties to the Uniting Church in Australia Frontier Services.”

The John Flynn Foundation

The John Flynn Foundation is a charitable trust established to ensure the continued realisation of John Flynn’s vision for Patrol Ministry covering remote Australia is guaranteed into the future. 

The Foundation seeks to acquire and then preserve through investment sufficient funds to fully support Frontier Services current 22 patrols. 

A gift to “The John Flynn Foundation” can be a one off donation or a bequest through your will.
