The Frontier Services Community Care Indigenous Service ensures that 28 Community Aged Care Packages are delivered to frail aged Aboriginal people who are at risk of premature admission to residential care. The funding allows for individual packages of care and support to maintain people in their home communities.

This service is managed in conjunction with 5 Community Aged Care Packages auspiced by the Gwalwa Daraniki Association and delivered to people living in the Juninga Centre cabins.

The service is run in conjunction with Community Care Darwin.
