Bollon Bush Nursing Centre was formerly operated by the Queensland Bush Nursing Association, from whom Frontier Services took over in 2004. It is staffed by a registered Remote Area Nurse.

Bollon Bush Nursing Centre provides health support and health promotion events to an area of 100 kilometres southwest and north of Bollon and 114 kilometres towards St George. The community population is around 300.

The clinic staffed by Remote Area Nurse operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. There is also an after hours emergency service.

A doctor visits on a weekly basis and patients can be transferred where necessary to a hospital located at St George about 1.5 hours drive away

The Clinic also provides Home and Community Care (HACC) services which coordinates home help and support to the frail, aged and a growing number of young people with a disability. The nurse helps provide access to care, support and a transport service to enable the senior residents to remain in their own homes.
